Chuck Austin - President

Chuck began his career in the pipeline construction industry during the summer of 1976 working as a laborer. He continued working the summers throughout his college years as a welder helper, pipe bender and pipeline welder.
After graduating from Ohio University in 1981 from the College of Engineering and Technology, he began his full time career in the pipeline construction business working as a project estimator for 3 years before being promoted to management. While working full time, Chuck acquired another degree from the Ohio University College of Business Administration. He has worked in the industry for over 25 years in numerous managerial capacities including supervisor, area manager, vice president and general manager.
Chuck joined Mid-Ohio Pipeline Company in 2001 as a Vice President to oversee all gas and petroleum related activities. Chuck was appointed President of the business in 2008 by Brent Yates, CEO. He continues to lead Mid-Ohio Pipeline into the future as a première pipeline construction company within this industry.
Tom Lorenz - Vice President

Tom Lorenz grew up in the construction business, and after graduating from The Ohio State University in 1988, he went to work for Lorenz equipment company. Working his way up, Tom went from an entry level sales position to President of the company before making the move to Mid Ohio Pipeline in 2001. Bringing his valuable experience and knowledge, Tom is currently involved with all aspects of the internal business operations to ensure the efficiency of Mid Ohio Pipeline operations.
Brent Yates - Chairman of the Board

Spending his time in the field and learning the business from the ground up, Brent started his career at Mid Ohio Pipeline as a certified pipe welder in 1982. He was promoted to VP by 1990, and in 1995, he became president of Mid Ohio Pipeline. Since then, Brent has led the company through two decades of amazing growth and development. His leadership was recognized by Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program and is still visible throughout all facets of the company today.
